Plumbago in the window.....
Nome comune: Plumbago, Piombaggine o Gelsomino azzurro, Pianta del piombo (perché si credeva che curasse l'avvelenamento da piombo) per la specie Plumbago capensis.

Tender perennial with profuse blue flowers which thrives in the hot Texas summer. Disease-, pest- and deer-resistant. Sometimes called "sky flower" because of the sky-blue color of its flowers. Native of South Africa.

Chora, is the capital of the island. It is built at the centre of the island N.E. of the Profites Elias mountain pourched between hills almost invisible for fear of the pirates who used to be a plague for the islands.
The Cycladic architecture, the churches, the narrow paved paths with the flower pots, all unite to give a unique colour to Chora.
It is 5 klms away from Katapola and has got 330 residents.

Amorgos (Greek: Αμοργός) is the easternmost island of the Greek Cyclades island group, and that lying closest to the neighboring Dodecanese island group. Along with several neighboring islets, the largest of which is Nikouria Island, it comprises the municipality of Amorgos, which has a land area of 126.346 km², and a population of 1,859 (2001 census).
